Returns are limited.

POLICY

• Returns are accepted within 7 days (U.A.E.) and 14 days (International) from delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, complete with all packaging.

• All sales are final on limited, discounted, and customized pieces.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

U.A.E.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days.

• Approved returns may be shipped back or collected (select areas).

• Return shipping is the client’s responsibility unless due to our error.

• Refunds or store credit are issued only after inspection.

INTERNATIONAL

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days.

• Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the client’s responsibility.

• Use a trackable service. Untracked returns are not our liability.

• Refunds are issued only after inspection in our Dubai facility.

• Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

DEFECTS / ERRORS

• Must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

• Resolution is subject to review and stock availability.
