Sam Verzosa III, widely known as SV3, is the founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Street Visionaries (STV), an emerging luxury streetwear brand headquartered in Dubai.

An entrepreneur and creative director, SV3 has built his reputation at the intersection of fashion, music, and culture. Seeking to create a brand that reflects his independent vision and global ambition, he founded Street Visionaries as a platform that merges street culture with elevated design and modern luxury sensibilities.

Today, Street Visionaries is steadily establishing its presence within the UAE’s luxury fashion landscape, with placements in leading concept stores including Galeries Lafayette and Nous in Dubai Mall, YBF in Dubai Mall, Luxury Cartel at Five Palm Jumeirah, Fairfax in JBR, and Mad Kicks in Al Wasl and Bluewaters.

With a degree in Architecture and a background in Aviation, majoring in Flying, SV3 brings a unique combination of structure, precision, and discipline into every venture he undertakes. His training in design and technical execution shapes the way he approaches brand building, creative direction, and long-term business strategy.

Beyond fashion, SV3 has also been active in the music space, quietly supporting and collaborating with local hip-hop artists. Much of this work happens behind the scenes, reflecting a commitment to culture that extends far beyond business.

His ventures include garment manufacturing, printing facilities, international importation, a cosmeceutical company, and a marketing solutions agency operating across Dubai, UAE and Manila, Philippines.
