Returns are limited.

Returns are accepted within 7 days (U.A.E.) and 14 days (International) from delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, complete with all packaging.

All sales are final on limited, discounted, and customized pieces.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days.

Approved returns may be shipped back or collected (select areas).

Return shipping is the client’s responsibility unless due to our error.

Refunds or store credit are issued only after inspection.
INTERNATIONAL

Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the client’s responsibility.

Use a trackable service. Untracked returns are not our liability.

DEFECTS / ERRORS

Must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
